Projektbeschreibung
The Remedy Developer will have 3-5 years development experience, specifically BMC ITSM, BMC Atrium and Action Request System v7.6.x and experience working with Overlays and Custom Objects.
With strong written communications skills, you will be responsible for Customize workflows, forms, filters, escalations and menus based on product requirements, utilizing overlays and custom objects; installation and configuration of Remedy AR System 7.6.x environments and its respective components including Mid-Tier, Atrium CMDB, Atrium SLM, Assignee Engine Approval Engine and Email Engine; and adhere to software change management methodologies and documentation procedures.
You will ideally be a BMC Certified Developer with experience working in a telecom or service provider environment and web services development (Apache Geronimo).
