Remedy Administrator: Junior, Configuration, Data Quality Manager

My client, a world renowned global organisation based in Prague is seeking a Configuration Data Quality Manager (comparable to a Configuration Librarian) with experience in Remedy Configuration management.

Core Role Requirements:

* Work with the service lines, Process managers, GIS Finance and customer facing GIS functions to resolve identified inconsistencies
* Raise CRQ (but not execute on them, segregation of duty) on behalf of GIS, service lines, SIM as result of report analysis and feedback from customers
* Answer questions from GIS associates on CMDB attributes, relationships etc. for the HCL scope/GIS attribute set
* Help set up and document quality consistency processes
- Create data quality management work instruction for all different cases that occur and step by step instructions what to do in each case under lead of a GIS data quality manager

* Provide input to Global Process Owners and Global Process Managers on required Process/Tool Improvements
* Help to set up and maintain a SharePoint reporting page/action tracking
* ideally very experienced in Remedy (RoD) configuration management
* Self driven, motivated Quick Starter
