Reliability Maintenance Technician Job

RELIABILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in CHARLOTTE, NC.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Troubleshooting and repair manufacturing equipment
- Maintenance on valves, tablet presses, blenders etc.
- Pharmaceutical industry

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Implements effective preventive and/or corrective maintenance repairs to provide increased reliability
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks on all manufacturing equipment according to the frequency written in the SOP
- Perform condition-based monitoring while PM's are being performed, and notes problems or changes in the comment section of the PM form
- Adhere to Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) strategies utilizing a pro-active approach to minimize equipment downtime.
- Troubleshoots problems or breakdowns on control valves, agitators, motors, pumps, tablet presses, encapsulation machines, blenders, ovens, vectors, fitzmills, and other production equipment in the Manufacturing department. May work on packaging equipment as required

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- HS Diploma plus five (5) years experience performing maintenance repair and set up on manufacturing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair in the following areas:
- Hydraulics, PLC's, Pneumatics, Electrical, Mechanical
