Release Support Analyst

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a RELEASE SUPPORT ANALYST to join our client in Bothell, Washington.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide accurate estimates of effort and timelines for completion of assigned tasks.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability, performance, and product needs.
- Creation of detailed page-level wireframes for the client's control center tool. This requires a deep understanding of user-centered design, concept generation and modelling, requirements gathering/documenting/tracking, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver on new business initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Engage with development team during iterations to provide clarity, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Plan, facilitate, and participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- Document implemented changes and distribute to Support Teams

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two (2) plus years of experience in an eCommerce or IT related environment
- Solid understanding of computers and applications (Microsoft Office '07).
- Strong people skills
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn quickly/take initiative
- Must be willing to work in a challenging and fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills

PREFERRED JOB SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:

- Visio experience is preferred.
