Our client is urgently searching for a Release Manager with Oil and Gas and operation and maintenance experience to work on a critical project in Norway as a contractor.
A successful consultant will have strong skills in:
Release Management (documented experience)
Print/MVP-based solutions
Planned releases
End to end environments
Automated deployments
End to end solutions for IOC
Good communication skills and have the ability to represent Customer in a good way
Proactive and solution oriented
Advantage to have experience from the oil and gas industry - operation and maintenance processes
THE ROLE
Customer will in 2018 establish a new onshore integrated operations centre (IOC) that will help increase safety, add value and reduce emissions from our installations on the Norwegian continental shelf (NCS). An integrated operations centre (IOC) is an important step in Customer's digital roadmap, and will enable increased production efficiency and production potential on the NCS.
Customer is looking for a professional Release Manager with the following tasks & responsibilities:
Deployment of sprint/MVP-based solutions.
Plan the releases
Professionalize the environments end-to-end
Deploy releases as planned
Work on doing deployment as a service by Customers IT suppliers
Work on automated deployments of the end-to-end solutions for IOC
This is a English speaking role
