Release Manager (m/f)

- Plan and coordinate long range release planning.
- Work closely with the development teams to resolve all issues as they proceed through the install life cycle.
- Organize and follow the testing and the user validation of the applications.
- Product accurate reporting to Senior management, raise, follow up and escalate critical issues.
- Communicate and work closely with End users testers in an appropriate and business oriented way.
- Coordinate the release of applications into the production environment.
- Established experience in an application development or support role or Service delivery function.
- Previous experience within baking environments
- Fluent English, French an asset
- Good knowledge of SQL, UNIX, AS400 / Olympic, Citrix, Java, Websphere, Perl, MS-Office suite, HP Quality Center (QC 10 or AML 11), MS Sharepoint
- Awareness and exposure to change management methodologies and best practices (ITIL)
- Awareness and exposure to systems development practices and methodologies (Agile) is a plus.
