- Maintain Enterprise-wide view of programs and projects to ensure that release delivery standards are followed. Coordinate release delivery process.
- Evaluate release delivery processes and establish quality assurance approval points where a quality evaluation of product or process may be required.
- Work with key business and IT stakeholders to ensure that quality assurance objectives are met throughout the project life cycle.
- Assures the quality of and adherence to system/software product standards processes and procedures.
- Provides expert guidance to build upon quality assurance and release delivery standards to achieve business benefits for all stakeholder groups. Focuses on continual process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provides consulting services and input to deliverables throughout project life cycle.
- Leads team of release


- 4 year degree or equivalent experience
- 7 + years related experience required
- 2+ years team leadership experience
- IT experience and financial services experience preferred
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
- Excellent and demonstrated problem and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced knowledge of industry and/or business trends for own area
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to use and describe technical information.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with a detail-oriented approach.
- Advanced knowledge of project management, quality assurance, test methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent understanding of system development life cycle.
- Excellent understanding of automation testing process and ability to evaluate test results.
- Strong knowledge of HP Quality Center and other related tools, development methodologies and defect management practices.
- Ability to manage/lead the work activities of a small team of people.
- Ability to coach, lead and/or develop others.


- Work in a collaborative fashion with all Technology and Business partners to deliver technology solutions that enhance FNFG service and product offerings to our customers.
