Release Manager, Business and Test Analyst (Brussels)

Je functie: Context
Within our company, the team "Business Engineering PAY" is responsible for the business analysis, production support and testing for all
payment products (SEPA Credit Transfers, SEPA Direct Debits, International Payments, Pension Payments, Chèques, …), and this in the
context of maintenance releases or projects.
Within this team, the team "Business Engineering Swift" is responsible to manage the applications used to process incoming and outgoing Swift
message within our company, and to make the link with the teams located in Paris which are responsible for the Swift infrastructure.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
Support the Engineering team (Business side) in the release management, business analysis, business acceptance tests and non-regression tests
required on the Swift applications. This includes end-to-end testing and coordination with other entities and departments, reporting on the project
progress, organizing coordination meetings, …

Typical deliverables:
Business requirements, test plan, test report, meeting minutes

Languages Requirement
French Good (we do not require perfection both in French and Dutch. Very sound knowledge of one is enough with good/basic

Experience
3 to 5 years of professional experience with international payments.
People management experience.
