Release Manager (Belfast)

A Release Manager is required a customer site in the North of Ireland. This is an initial 3 month contract with a very high probability of extending beyond.

Our customer is at present deploying a suite of new applications and refreshing their current infrastructure therefore they require an experienced Release Manager to oversee the project.

THE ROLE IN BRIEF:

Role is initially to assess the processes being used to deploy new applications and hardware, depending on the findings define Release Management approach, and to coordinate the deployment of new hardware and software. Role will require significant coordination across various teams and third party suppliers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

- 5+ years experience within a similar role
- Strong technical capability
- Experience across a broad technology stack including MS, Linux, Unix, Cisco, Citrix, VMware
- Experience within a virtualised environment
- Vendor Management Experience
- Strong communication/presentation skills
