As a release manager you are experienced in creating and setting up release processes (build strategy) with multiple scrum teams.

One of the key objectives is to become an agile and nimble organization with a clear focus on delivering the highest value to our customers.

Release management: 60%

Follow op on Agile metrics: 20%

Agile coaching: 20%

Hard skills

Experience with server software, like Tomcat and Apache

Good knowledge of Atlassian suite (Jira - Confluence - Stash(BitBucket) - Bamboo) en Git Good knowledge about content management systems
Strong technical analysis and documentation skills

Good understanding of agile scrum within a large development team

Soft skills

Experience of working in a commercial environment, ideally delivering web solutions| Demonstrates organised work habits, self-discipline and high self-motivation.

Strong communication and time management skills
