ConSol Partners' client is a global utility's company looking for a Release Manager on a 6 - 12 -month rolling contract in Ghent - Belgium and Atlanta - US.

JOB TITLE: Release Manager

CONTRACT LENGTH: 6 - 12 -month rolling contract

LOCATION: Ghent - Belgium and Atlanta - US (Travel to America covered)

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

- Full life cycle experience of Development, Test, Production, Configuration, and Software Delivery
- Ability to manage multiple projects with multiple priorities
- A dynamic team player who will thrive in an evolving, international environment
- Strong analytical sense and established business acumen
- Exceptional on-site client relationship building, communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills; resolve challenging, time sensitive issues while maintaining client confidence
- Experience as both, team player and effective team leader
- A Master or Bachelor degree, preferably in computer science
- Schedule, plan, and manage frequent release activities of various applications
- Work with developers and testers to identify and resolve build or deployment problems
- Ensures that appropriate quality steps and approvals are adhered to prior to software releases
- Recommend enhancements and updates to the software configuration management system
- Work with development to automate builds and software deployments
- Perform post release testing after application upgrades and/or releases
- Ability to travel up to 50%
