Release Manager - Belgium - Brussels

The Role:-
- You follow the existing release processes and steer
- You control the processes and as such have the release processes under control. Hence, you assure that new or changed services and/or systems do not disrupt the consistencies of the current services and systems;
- You assess the maturity of the projects and its release deliverable(s)
- You actively take part in the decisions related to managing the release calendar, GO/NO GO decisions.
You give input for the release board.
- You perform the necessary operational tasks for the planning, initialisation, follow up and closure of deployments (planning with Infrastructure, coordination of acceptance and production deployments, etc.)
- You provide regular reporting on progress during and after releases.
Skills:
- .Net; Sharepoint Knowledge
- Good knowledge of and experience in Release Management
- Experience with Microsoft Test Manager 2010 and "Team Foundation Server", which is considered an asset
