Role Purpose

- Ensure changes to Production IT environments and to Business operations are implemented successfully
- Manage complete implementation cycles by developing implementation approaches and plans
- Execute all aspects of the Implementation to the highest possible quality

Experience required:- - Demonstrable experience of successful and continuous Implementation Management and Execution over the past 3 years minimum
- Strong preference given to candidates who have gained this experience at FS and/or Banking institutions.
- Aptitude for assessing and commanding resolution of complex IT dependency risks and issues
- Evidence of building high quality Implementation Approach documentation, Implementation Plans and of management of implementations.
- Strong understanding of IT delivery with demonstrable experience of relevant skills across SDLC.
- Experience of working with offshore model preferred.
- Demonstrable success in delivery of large-scale Change delivery, preferably acquired within the Financial Services sector
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Preferably Prince II, ITIL, ISEB and MSP qualified
