Release/Environment Manager (Banking - FX Trade Floor)

We are urgently looking for a Release/Environment manager to join one of the largest FX trade floors in Spain

The role is split into 2 functions detailed below.

Release Management Job description:

- Meeting client requirements for documentation and internal procedures to manage releases.
- Coordinating and making up deployment plans:
- Manage needed tasks also from external teams.
- Manage dependencies with other departments and team
- Estimate task timing
- Performing and validating deployments in previous environments

Environment Management Job description:

- Managing external products' configuration and version used by our project, such as Nirvana, JBoss, Coherence...
- Managing external projects' configuration and version used by our project, such as Streaming Framework, ACL Manager, DataCaching Framework...
- Managing external teams' intervention calendar which affect to our project.

It is essential to have strong IT skills particularly with the following:

- Knowledge of Java, SQL, Javascript, Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar
- Desirable admin knowledge of Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Oracle Database
- Desirable user knowledge of tools like Dimensions, Remedy and Jira
- English - High level, at least, in writing and reading.

MINIMUM REQUIRED LANGUAGE KNOWLEDGE (SPEAKING+WRITING):

- English (with strong desire to also speak Spanish)
