ROLE SUMMARY:
A multinational IT consultancy firm are seeking an experienced RELEASE/ENVIRONMENT MANAGER to come in and oversee the release process for one of their city centre clients. The successful candidate will be managing a number of teams during the creation of new release processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Implementing and managing the software release process for a specific application.
* Managing releases to the integration, UAT, pre-prod and production environments.
* Minimising access by non-deployment staff to the above environments.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Experience managing applications through a release environment essential.
* Experience managing teams.
* Retail industry experience is highly desirable.
* Strong character essential.
