RELEASE/DEPLOYMENT MANAGER - 12 MONTH CONTRACT - BRUSSELS - €425 PER DAY ALL INCLUSIVE

ROLE: RELEASE/DEPLOYMENT MANAGER

DURATION: 12 MONTHS

LOCATION: BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

RATE: €425 PER DAY ALL INCLUSIVE

Montash have just secured a partnership with one of Europe's leading development houses for a large-scale programme which will see them bringing in over 20 contract resources before Xmas this year and more headcount next. To apply for any of these roles you MUST be able to commit to a minimum of 12 months.

SPECIFIC ASPECTS OF THE ROLE:

- Coordinate the team in charge of ensuring the technical support activities for the
- Assisting with the daily operational coordination of the activities including planning, definition of tasks, review of service level, quality control, status reports (daily, monthly, yearly), incident and problem reporting and assist in the resource management.
- Software configuration management;
- Build and continuous integration;
- Establish and maintain procedures related to deployment of information systems;
- Management of development infrastructure (eg application Servers);
- Release management and controls;
- Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system;
- Participation and follow-up meetings

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

- Excellent knowledge of software deployment management;
- Excellent knowledge of software release management;
- Excellent knowledge of monitoring strategies and tools;
- Knowledge of application Servers- Weblogic;
- Knowledge of building and deployment tools (eg Ant);

BONUS POINTS FOR:

- Knowledge of software development methodologies (eg RUP, AGILE) is an asset;
