Release Coordinator (m/f)

Projektbeschreibung
- Plan and coordinate long range release planning
- Work closely with the development teams to resolve all issues as they proceed through the install life cycle
- Organize and follow the testing and the user validation of the applications
- Create and apply the release packages on the test servers
- Coordinate the release of applications into the production environment
- Define and improve processes to bridge the gap between the current and desired quality levels by balancing short-term needs with long-term perspectives of success
- Established experience in an application development or support role or Service delivery function
- Fluent English is a MUST
- Experience in a release management role, particularly in a banking environment is key
- Expertise or strong knowledge of SQL, UNIX, AS400 / Olympic, Citrix, Java, Websphere, Perl
- Awareness and exposure to ITIL practices and Agile methodology
- Pragmatic approach & ability to handle pressure
