Next Ventures are currently looking for a Configuration Manager' who will be responsible to perform software configuration management activities in development and maintenance projects. He/She will act as support personnel for change management, version control, build management, release management, software handovers in the projects. He/She will guide the teams for software releases and prepare consistent baselines.
Essential Skills
-Experience of configuration management on Clearcase/PVCS/Subversion or any other Version Control System
-Experience with any change management system and administration around the same
-Strong knowledge of software release process
-Software Development experience
-General knowledge of IT processes around SDLC
-Experienced in writing CM Plan
-Experienced in conducting CM Audits
-Customer friendly and clear in communication
