OutsourceUK Ltd are actively seeking to recruit a Release Analyst for a contract role on behalf of a Financial Services client.
The Client:
Investment Bank
Skills Required:
- Able to build Windows scripts (VBS & DOS)
- Working knowledge of Version Control Tools such as Visual Source Safe 6.0 and SVN
- Proven experience in releasing software into a production environment to tight timescales within tight frameworks
- Active Directory, Windows Office and Subversion
The Job:
- Support Release management team by developing and implementing processes and policies.
- Packaging and managaing releases
- Maitain Subversion repositories
- Undertake standardising, troubleshooting and problem solving through to documentation of release cycle
