Relationship Specialist - Risk Management

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond timely to all client issues and provide resolution to client related questions with respect to the day-to-day servicing of the account
- Work effectively with all Service Team Members to ensure clients/prospects receive the highest level of service.
- Assist the Relationship Manager in coordinating all client/prospect services such as: renewal meetings, open item meetings, stewardship meetings; client presentations.
- Actively monitors and manages the renewal process and provides periodic progress reports as necessary to the Relationship Manager.
- Assists Relationship Manager with all accounting issues to include but not limited to: age, trial Balance, invoicing issues, and client/market issues.

SKILLS

Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience with progressively complex risk management account, coupled with project management experience required. Understands and applies general principles of risk management, and demonstrates an understanding of insurance coverages, applicability, various exclusions, and basics of premium rating methods and policy audits. Must have Florida general agent license (2/20) or Florida Solicitor License (4/40)
