Relationship Managers

Relationship Managers required to join our financial services client on an initial 9 month contract based in London.

These are senior level roles and will be responsible for managing the relationship between our client and 3rd parties that they now provide a transitional service to. This will involve business to business contractual negotiations to ensure structures/agreements are in place to support the service relationship during the transition period.

To be considered for this role candidates must have:
* Commercial acumen
* Understanding of how business to business contracts work
* Experience agreeing SLAs
* Stakeholder engagement, a tactile and sensitive approach ensuring no ambiguity in communications (face to face, telephone or in writing)
* Experience managing 3rd party supplier relationships particularly relating to outsourcing of core services
* Governance and controls, particularly relating to delivery against SLAs and reporting
* TSA (Transitional Service Agreements) knowledge and understanding
* Financial services
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience working at Senior Management Level
