Assistant to Relationship Manager
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 5 months
Languages: Spanish and English
Overview of the Area:
Our client is looking for a Student or temporary resource to support the daily business in the External Asset Management Department. The role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain extensive experience of all aspects of Latin American EAM business and to work in a highly motivated team of experienced specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
-General administrative tasks
-General support of the RM in daily activities
-Accept, enter, and monitor orders and client/EAM instructions
-Account openings
-Answering phone calls and emails
Skills/Experience:
Essential:
-Teamplayer
-Open personality with excellent communication skills
-Able to handle various tasks, good self-organizing skills
-Fluent in English and Spanish
Desired:
-Basic knowledge of banking services
-Fluent in German
