Relationship Manager

Relationship Manager - 12 Month Contract - Bristol/Birmingham - £300 p/d

My client is offering an attractive opportunity for Relationship Managers in or around the Bristol/Birmingham area. Based on a 6 month contract paying £300 p/d, the successful candidate will aid customers to a smooth transition during the cutover phase of a large banking programme.

Basic outline of duties:

- Coordinate and deliver face-to-face/audio meetings with customers, working with them towards the completion of the divestment process
- Build relationships with other Relationship Managers to ensure that plans are built and successfully delivered to customers during the change period
- Impact assessment of migration, agreement of migration solutions and preparation for this time take place
- Taking responsibility for building relationships with senior customer representatives at director and board level
- Ensuring that relevant areas of the business have a clear understanding of the customer migration journey

Essential skills:

- Strong banking experience and a corporate understanding is ESSENTIAL
- Strong experience of relationship management skills from previous customer facing roles with a track record of success
- Able to effectively manage conflict and resolve problems where they arise
- Must be able to drive and have own transport
