Relationship Manager

THE ROLE

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to recruit a Relationship Manager/Client Account Manager to provide support to the Business Relationship Management function in order that the WMS business is able to fulfil its client obligations. You will act as an interface between all internal areas of the business and their end clients, understanding client strategic objectives and ensuring the business is sufficiently engaged to deliver.

This role will require travel UK wide.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

In order to be considered for the role you will have;

- A working knowledge of operational processes and procedures, risks and key performance metrics within a mortgage environment
- Working knowledge of the financial sector - economic and regulatory environments including Securitisation financial instruments
- Demonstrable experience of working within the outsourcing industry at management level
- A detailed analytical approach to problem solving and a focus on results delivery
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- The ability to produce clear, concise proposals using a variety of media
