Relationship Delivery Executive

A unique opportunity to join the fund management business of this FTSE 100. This is a 12 month maternity cover role and requires good experience in a client servicing environment and experience within the collective funds industry. This is a varied role and includes:-
50% Relationship Management role:-
* To comply fully with Relationship Manager (RM) procedures and Sage CRM procedures;
* To effectively manage all issues and queries raised by telephone, mail or email against agreed service levels in conjunction with all internal departments for a named list of tier 3 and 4 CAS IMD's/clients;
* To take responsibility and assist in the closure of all IMD/client issues which are outstanding on SAGE CRM;
* To pursue and obtain remediation of regulatory breaches by named IMD's/clients;
* To ensure where possible that the IMD's/clients understand all applicable regulatory requirements and operate in a fully compliant manner in line with those requirements, and their contractual obligations to CFM/CFA as ACD/TPA;
* To provide quality assurance of all IMD/client written communications;

50% Administration Duties:-
* To ensure all administrative functions and tasks are fulfilled within agreed timescales including but not limited to:-
- TCF Dashboard Completion
- MOB Report Completion
- Risk Dashboard Completion

* To support your Line Manager as required;
* Creation and maintenance of Word/Excel documents when requested by your Line Manager;
* Assist in mail merges and general upkeep of IMD/client database for mailing purposes, including maintaining records of mailings completed;
* Take minutes/notes of meetings where requested;

* Provide telephone and email based management of a named list of tier 3 and 4 CAS IMD's/clients;
* Maintain IMD/client data through Sage CRM system;
* To ensure all administrative functions and tasks are fulfilled within agreed timescales on an internal and external basis;
* Assist in generating outstanding Sage CRM query spreadsheets
* Support the RM team where required;
