Regulatory & Strategic Design Analyst (RRP)

We are looking for a specialist/subject matter expert in Recovery and Resolution Planning to support in the development of materials to be used for engaging internal stakeholders and regulators in the on-going dialogue relating to Recovery and resolution planning, structural reforms and operational continuity.

Key responsibilities:
. Provide strategic analysis market and regulatory insight, on RRP, operational continuity and structural reform
. Provide inputs to the Op Sub programme strategy to enable its alignment with requirements and latest thinking
. Support the Op Sub programme in developing its response and strategy in these areas
. Develop briefing materials related to above and provide the design work for senior management (up to Group ExCo) to support decision making
. Co-ordinate various design activities taking place across regulatory reform working with Group Functions, Business Units and Legal Entities, to develop implementable solutions
. Ensure that any designs are scalable and reusable across structural reform
. Support in development of materials that can be used in on-going dialogue with our authorities relating to RRP, operational continuity (including Op Sub) and wider structural reform
