* Have 3 years' experience working in a risk function
* Have excellent stakeholder management
* Have a strong understanding of risk management processes and tools.
* Technical knowledge in product life cycle, market risk solutions, credit risk and attributions
* Be able to understand complex edicts, regulation guidelines and financial legislation
* Be professional, diplomatic and able to maintain good working relationships with business leaders, negotiating pragmatic solutions whilst maintain robust risk controls
