Regulatory Reporting Specialist - Finma/Basel III (5625)

For a short-term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

REGULATORY REPORTING SPECIALIST - FINMA/BASEL III (5625)

In this role, you will be working within the Regulatory Calculation and Controlling Services team which makes sure that any of the banks legal entity carrying on business as a bank remains compliant with FINMA regulations - specifically within the liquidity regulatory frameworks.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- SEVERAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN REGULATORY REPORTING WITHIN THE FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY (SPECIFICAL KNOWLEDGE OF BASEL III LIQUIDITY RULES)
- KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING (IFRS BALANCE SHEET)
- Well versed using MS Excel (advanced) and PowerPoint
- Analytical, methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH, GERMAN WOULD BE A PLUS

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in the production, review, and analysis of liquidity monitoring tools
- Support monthly regulatory reporting to FINMA
- Prepare the commentary and submission deck for Management and FINMA
- Conduct root cause analysis of the reporting issues and propose solutions
