REGULATORY REPORTING CHANGE SME - £650 PER DAY

MY CLIENT, A LEADING INVESTMENT BANK, ARE CURRENTLY SEEKING A REGULATORY REPORTING CHANGE PROFESSIONAL TO SUPPORT THE HEAD OF REGULATION AND OFFER SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE ACROSS VARIOUS CHANGE INITIATIVES COVERING PRIMARILY CRD IV, BASEL III AND COREP.

The role will incorporate all aspects of change, including a high degree of input into business requirements documentation, understanding (and where possible, writing) functional requirements, process improvements, data sourcing from a poor quality data pool, calculating RWAs using standardised rules, understanding the back-testing process and having a holistic view over new rules and regulations. If you were to have a keen understanding of the front to back trade flow of various product sets, this would be advantageous. Additionally, it is essential you will come from a line regulatory reporting background and have a solid understanding of Basel III, CRD IV and CoRep. Please note - candidates who do not have this experience will not be considered.

The culture of the bank is very consensus driven and so they require somebody to come on board with a team player attitude (not "bullish") and transparency is critical to the success of any project ie if a book of work faces issues and delays, this would need to be communicated to senior stakeholders immediately.
