Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst (Basel III, Capital Reporting)

On behalf of one of our clients in the banking sector, we are searching for a Senior Business Analyst with several years of experience in Regulatory Reporting projects in the area of Capital Reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acting as a Business Analyst within the Finance Change department of the company, which is responsible for different regulatory projects. Current focus is delivering a strategic solution meeting Basel III RWA, BCBS 266 and BCBS D374
- Gathering and analysing requirements with regards to the above
- Collaborating with the upstream data provider
- Working with business and IT stakeholders who are spread in different locations - Switzerland, USA, Singapore, etc.
- Ensuring the needs of the business stakeholders are met by driving change
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Several years of experience in Business Analysis in the banking sector
- Strong background in Regulatory Reporting projects, such as Basel 3, FINMA, BoE, PRA, etc.
- Strong ability to understand business processes and requirements
- Project Management experience would be a plus
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Excellent SQL skills
- Fluent English, German would be an asset
