Regulatory Reporting Analysts - AIFMD, Fund/Asset Management, Compliance

We are seeking a number of regulatory compliance analysts focusing on regulatory submissions concerning compliance with AIFMD. The objective of this work is to contribute specifically towards the successful completion of all AIFMD applications.

The scope of this role will be split across a number of AIFMD sub sets:
-Full Scope
-Small Authorised and Small Registered
-EuSEF and EuVeCA
-Full Depositary, solo and dual.

The Analysts will assess and challenge the firm's business model, governance structure, products and services and sales processes and incentives. These roles will ensure that the firm is ready to comply with the Directive.

The Analyst is expected to have an appropriate mix of skills necessary to cover the technical aspects and decision making process for the submissions.

We would like to see people with experience in the following:
*Highly adaptable and able to pick up new processes quickly (fast learner)
*Comfortable with use of IT (including spreadsheet, analysing and drafting word documents, database data entry, etc.)
*Good written & communication skills (due to communicating with firms)
*Ability to meet tight/strict deadlines
*Willingness to work outside of core hours
*Experience from working within a financial structure
*Regulatory experience
*Asset management literacy
*Asset/Fund Management experience
*Familiarity with FCA submissions
*Investment Management experience
*Hedge Fund experience
*Experience or exposure to Supervision and Wholesale Teams
*Experience of FCA Policy/GCD
*An understanding of Risk Appetite
