Regulatory Reporting Analyst - Tier 1 Investment Bank

REGULATORY REPORTING ANALYST - TIER 1 INVESTMENT BANK

My client, a Tier 1 Investment Bank, is looking for a Regulatory Reporting Analyst to join on a contract basis. The candidate will have experience in regulatory reporting and preferably have knowledge in PRA regulatory capital requirements although this is not essential.

MAIN FUNCTION OF THE JOB:

- Preparation of daily, monthly and quarterly RWA/leverage reporting and supporting detail to allow the business to manage capital and operate within predetermined limits
- Production of internal management reports to the business areas in support of capital optimisation initiatives.
- Ensuring the appropriate control framework is in place to deliver accurate and timely external and internal reporting information,
- Liaising with other areas of the business globally including Treasury, Front Office, Product Control, IT, Operations to ensure completeness and accuracy of reporting.

To consistently meet reporting deadlines and to deliver against overall targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- Able to work in a pressurised, deadline driven environment, with the focus on delivery.

A team player who is quickly able to grasp new concepts and apply existing technical knowledge in order to identify and resolve issues. - Previous regulatory reporting experience

PREFERRED:

- Experience of group regulatory or statutory reporting in a financial organisation.
- Awareness of the CRDIV, Leverage ratio and large exposures reporting frameworks.
- Awareness of types and use of financial instruments.
