Regulatory Reporting Analyst

A Business Analyst is required to initiate & execute projects within the Control Framework Program. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with stakeholders from across the firm to deliver significant global regulatory reform and ensure that the firm remains at the cutting edge of industry.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to tactical and strategic initiatives employing typical project phases:

Project Initiation and Scoping: Agree vision, define major goals and justification for the project

Business Analysis: Analyse complex products and flows to produce succinct and comprehensive business requirements

Development: Partner with stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are met and challenges overcome

Testing: Ensure that a robust and appropriate level of user acceptance & regression testing is conducted

Go-Live: Work with the project team to safely release the change into the production environment

Close out: Complete outstanding project tasks to ensure full transition of change into business as usual activities

*Build and manage relationships with project stakeholders throughout the firm
*Become the subject matter expert within given Control Framework projects
*Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure that status, risks & issues are understood
*Participate in internal and external forums as required by Regulatory Operations and the firm
*Good working knowledge of OTC & ETD derivative products across Equity & FICC
*Thorough technical understanding of Global Transaction Reporting to global jurisdictions such as CFTC, ESMA, JFSA, HKMA, MAS, CSA & ASIC
*Previous experience within Regulatory Risk Management projects
*Prior experience working on initiatives requiring internal Front-to-Back technology and external Middleware provider change
*Formal project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2
