Regulatory Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Evaluate, select, and apply International test standards, compliance testing techniques, test procedures, and criteria for area of expertise. Develop specification and requirements documents to be supplied to development engineering teams.
In addition to obtaining certifications for products in accordance with area of expertise, candidate must work with internal team members and external cross-functional teams, for management, tracking and reporting on all aspects of Regulatory requirements for a product, including but not limited to Product Safety. Must be able to work across many geographical boundaries without issue.

Will be assigned to multiple development projects as regulatory Lead and coordinate between project teams and other regulatory areas. Review and manage vendor and ODM activities for area of expertise as assigned; including quotations, testing, certification and continuous compliance, as well as internal activities in area of expertise.

TASKS WILL INCLUDE:
Managing all Regulatory requirements for assigned products (Product Safety)
Interfacing with other Regulatory Leads in their areas of expertise
Preparation/Review and/or maintenance of Regulatory test plans and MS Project Schedules for both internal Engineering as well as ODM partners
Approvals status reporting

SKILLS:

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Minimum 5 years experience testing and certification in Product Safety (UL/EN/IEC 60950) and/or EMC (CISPR 22/CISPR 24), both is desirable.
