For our client in FRIBOURG we are looking for a REGULATORY PRODUCT ASSORTMENT ADMIN JUNIORfor a 12-MONTH contract.

DESCRIPTION:

Compliance, tracking and continuously emerging regulations are triggering changes throughout company's current product portfolio. In order to ensure that company remains in compliance, by shipping products to only approved markets, it is essential that processes/systems/people are set in place to manage and control the supply chain distribution.

The purpose of this position is to provide central governance and accountability of Regulatory Product Assortment (RPA) data to ensure a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and completeness in master data creation while ensuring regulatory approvals are attained prior to making products available to applicable markets. The primary focus is to facilitate the RPA record set-up and changes in accordance with department standards and business rules during integration activities, product commercialization programs, global and regional product launches and all subsequent phases of the product life cycle.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Analyze requirements of new RPA record setups and change requests in company ERP systems for compliance regulations and execute data collection and entry to support proper distribution control
- Maintain configuration requirements in control tables to support availability of approved product within respective markets
- Work closely with other business teams like Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing to address and resolve RPA data issues in a timely manner
- Analyze large amounts of data to support RPA data validation/cleansing activities, operational and project-oriented, and contribute to governance process enhancement
- Provide assistance to key business initiatives like new product launches, acquisitions, and existing product versioning
- Maintain compliance with applicable internal and external controls
- Participate in periodic data steward meetings to understand and communicate new processes and standards to other team members 

MUST HAVES:

- Education (minimum/desirable): Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience
- Language: Fluency in English essential
- Knowledge/Fluency of at least one other language preferred
- Relevant Experiences: Knowledge of Excel and standard lookup functionality, SAP experience advantageous.
- Logical and analytical mind set.
