Projektbeschreibung

Reviews, revises and maintains regulatory-related materials using on-line systems. Guides, trains, and coordinates the work of internal and outside personnel who use the system. Oversees the electronic processing of a large volume of regulatory documents including data requests, information requests, audit requests and record requests. Works closely with legal counsel and project managers in the review of filing documents to be made with the Department of Public Utilities.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Manages case files and electronic database, developing standards and ensuring compliance while working with outside counsel and internal project managers. Assigns, coordinates, and provides guidance for internal personnel in the performance of tasks associated with large volume and/or complicated assignments to ensure uniformity and exactness of regulatory documents.
- Creates and maintains databases for trial court litigation and/or regulatory proceedings. Develops, tests, documents, and maintains procedures necessary to coordinate the regulatory filing process. Reviews open items to determine status and take necessary action.
- Works closely with legal counsel to facilitate legal review of filing documents to be made with the Department of Public Utilities. Supports assigned external counsel by assisting in the preparation, organization and tracking of legal documents. Ensures proper documentation is attained for critical filings and other key controls are followed and documented, as appropriate.
- Assists external legal counsel in the management of regulatory proceedings. Keeps parties informed of case deadlines and maintains the case docket system. Coordinates pre-trial/pre-hearing preparation and documentation.
- Trains appropriate internal and external personnel in the use of TRACS and is a resource person on how to use the system.
- Performs or coordinates preparation of activities related to the administration of on-line regulatory systems. Disseminates incoming questions to the appropriate contact person, coordinates the completion of filing package to the Department of Public Utilities, monitors system activities, and verifies that processing is functioning properly.

SKILLS:

Thorough working knowledge of regulatory filing processes and their effect on internal and external operations.

- Demonstrated ability to learn TRACS system and to resolve technical problems independent of supervision. Ability to use PC desktop applications (eg Microsoft Word, and Excel).
- Ability to perform under pressure to meet regulatory deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to interact at a professional level with clients and attorneys. Effective communication, organizational, planning, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to coordinate the work of others.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or the equivalent.
- Four to five years of related experience.
