Regulatory Operations Specialist

The Regulatory Operations Specialist will work for the international regulatory arm of a Market Leading Pharmaceutical Organisation, working primarily with the Content Management System by providing technical support and user training.

Learning the content management systems (EDMS, Sharepoint, Documentum)
Organize and Support access for new users of regulatory content systems
Identify issues, troubleshoot and organize their resolutions
Support the storage, retrieval and archival of product label documents
Support/deliver trainings for newcomers on a new content management system
Maintain the related user and technical documentation
Support the electronic archival of the correspondence related to marketing authorizations in the official repository of the company
Able to work under tight timelines and pressure

Qualifications and Experience
Experience supporting content management systems for pharmaceutical companies (within a regulatory, clinical, production or quality environment)
Experience with Documentum and/or Sharepoint
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English
Excellent computer skills: MS Office 2003-2010 and Windows XP and 7
Excellent technical documentation skills
Good presentation skills
