Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a RegulatoryOperations Specialist to work within the Global Regulatory Operationsdepartment
Start: 21/5/13
Length: 6 months with a possible extension
Location: East of Brussels
Function and Responsibilities:
- The Regulatory Operations Specialist will work for the GlobalRegulatory Operations (GRO) department
- Provide technical support for the management or regulatory contentand documents. This includes:
o Learn the content management systems (EDMS, Share point, Documentum)
o Organize and Support access for new users of regulatory contentsystems
o Identify issues, troubleshoot and organize their resolutions
* Support the storage, retrieval and archival of product labeldocuments
- Support/deliver trainings for newcomers on a new content managementsystem
- Maintain the related user and technical documentation
- Support the electronic archival of the correspondence related tomarketing authorizations in the official repository of the company
- Able to work under tight timelines and pressure
Qualifications
- BA/BS degree, with IT expertise and pharmaceutical experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in supporting content management systems
- Experience with Documentum, Firstdoc and Sharepoint 2010
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English
- Excellent computer skills: MS Office 2003-2010 and Windows XP and 7
- Excellent technical documentation skills
- Good presentation skills
