Regulatory Liquidity Controller

My client is a highly dynamic and globally successful financial services organisation. They currently have a temporary role available in the Glasgow office for a CCAB qualified ccountant.

The Regulatory Liquidity Controller will:
Prepare daily regulatory liquidity returns for review & submission to the Federal Reserve and/or Prudential Regulation Authority
Own a range of product feeds into Liquidity Data Hub
Ensure product feeds are reconciled and adjustments are identified through interactions with the Liquidity Risk Operations team.
Provide business commentary for material movements and variances on aggregated level reports for retail products
Develop working partnership with key Finance & Operations groups.
Product feed development and testing
Provide cross cover for other product areas

The candidate should be:
be a CCAB qualified accountant
You will have either Treasury, Foreign Exchange, or Liquidity Risk experience
able to demonstrate strong risk awareness through proven examples and have an understanding of liquidity risk.
an analytical thinker with meticulous work style and ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
have willingness to take initiative to develop and improve processes
proficient with Microsoft Office (strong excel and database skills a plus) and Microsoft Project
adept at working in a fast-paced, high-energy level environment
have good communication skills, especially in addressing technical and quantitative issues.
