REGULATORY AND CONDUCT RISK MANAGER - MORTGAGES - FINANCIAL SERVICES

My client, a Leading Financial Services Company, are recruiting for an experienced Regulatory and Conduct Risk Manager, with particular expertise of Mortgages to join their team on a 12 month contract based in Gloucester with the opportunity to work from other locations.

OVERVIEW

Support the business in managing and mitigating known issues robustly

Provide proactive advice, constructive challenge and focused specialist conduct risk advice to the business taking into account business/customer needs, external best proactive and regulatory requirements

Respond to a wide range of complex enquiries, ensuring that the information provided is clearly understood by the business

Comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Need to have a strong understanding of Mortgages and Regulatory Risk

Strong knowledge of Regulatory and Conduct Risk

Financial Services Background

Ability to evaluate a range of information for analysis

Stakeholder Management
