Regulatory Compliance Project Manager

Our client a leading investment bank is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Project Manager to join their Global Compliance function.

The function has recently been divided into two: Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Compliance. One of the projects within these transformation programmes will be accelerating and enhancing the banks approach within the Regulatory Compliance function. The role of the PM is to be responsible for the successful planning, execution, delivery, monitoring and control of the project.

Role responsibilities:

Develop project objectives and getting them agreed

Planning budgeting and resourcing including obtaining necessary SME input
-

Identifying stakeholders and managing their engagement
-

Establishing and managing project governance
-

Managing delivery on time and according to plan

Skills/experience required:

-

Understanding and translating Change Delivery strategy
-

Full project E2E life cycle and delivery experience
-

Ability to deal with ambiguity whilst making progress
-

Strong regulatory change compliance experience
-

AML, Financial Crime, KYC exposure required
