THE ROLE
The end client is FOREX broker who is looking to have their policies reviewed in relation to EMIR risk mitigation and trade reporting. You will be required to review policies, procedures and processes around EMIR reporting and EMIR rules.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
In order to be considered for the role you must have the following;
- Previous experience of working as a Regulatory Compliance Consultant or similar
- Knowledge and experience of transaction reporting in relation to EMIR rules
- Previous experience of EMIR reporting and EMIR rules
- Previous experience of undertaking a review of a firm subject to EMIR, ideally a FOREX client
