Regulatory Change Consultant Priips

For one of our extant projects focusing on the implementation of the PRIIPs requirements in the financial sector, we are looking for a Regulatory Change Consultant to join our team.

Considering the extended impacts of multiple regulations such as PRIIPs and MiFID II on business strategy, IT systems and numerous processes, we are of need of a Change Consultant or PM/BA hybrid function.

At that stage of the project, impact analysis on the business, detailed business requirements and IT developments are ongoing and have different levels of progress considering the deadline and level of certainty of the regulation.

DELIVERABLES

- Impact assessment for risk and performance parameters changes across key internal data repositories. Review of RTS impact and changes in PRIIPs regulation and definition of IT and system impacts.
- PRIIPS project coordination and scoping, IT and Business engagement, Meeting status reports, agenda protocols, follow-ups, etc.
- Ensure quality of business requirements documents across for both PRIIPs as well as MiFID II. Review Risk Performance data field's definitions as well as Target Market client reporting, order management, pricing, cost & charges.

YOUR BACKGROUND

- Good knowledge of PRIIPs and MiFID II regulation, predominantly of PRIIPs regulation) as well as of Banking and Asset Management processes as well as their systems supporting financial market processes
- Good understanding of financial instruments, commercial processes and the systems supporting these commercial processes, such as client reporting, pricing, costs & charges, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and an eye for improving processes as well as commercial awareness and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Fluent in German and English
