REGULATORY BANKING CONSULTANT - SME - MORTGAGES - CCA/CONC/FCA

Based in Manchester (city centre) a Regulatory Banking Consultant/Subject Matter Expert is required to work on a major Redress & Remediation Programme.

Candidates must have very strong experience working as a Consultant/SME in the banking sector with specific experience around regulatory risk. Candidates must have strong experience around Mortgages OR CCA (Consumer Credit Act) & CONC: Consumer Credit Sourcebook (FSA).

You will need to demonstrate in depth understanding of the UK retail banking regulatory environment and the ability to manage regulatory risk. Expert level understanding and ability to apply FCA requirements (primarily MCOB).

As a senior member of the regulatory risk advisory team you would be required to provide expert guidance and be able to challenge key stakeholders. Provide leadership and subject matter expertise regarding regulatory and conduct risks and issues. Recruitment Zone acting as an employment business in regard to this advert.
