SUMMARY:

- Candidate will manage and own SharePoint team sites and portals for the Regulatory function.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Candidate will manage and own SharePoint team sites and portals for the Regulatory function. This role will:
- Oversee Regulatory (RA) Home/SharePoint Portals and Team Sites
- RA SharePoint site SME
- RA SharePoint site maintenance
- Postings and recommendations for material for SharePoint sites (both Portals and Team Sites)
- Team Site branding facilitator
- Branding conversion lead for RA SharePoint sites
- SharePoint Separation activities (content updates across all RA sites and migration from SP2010 to 2013) - coordinate communications, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project management aspects for migration
- Metrics tracking
- Web Applications support
- Configure SharePoint Applications/sites

SCOPE:

- Work independently in role that demonstrates organizational influence within an RA sub-function and with the IT organization
- Develop, communicate, and build consensus for operating goals that are in alignment with the division
- Provide leadership by communicating and providing guidance towards achieving department objectives
- Interface with a variety of management levels including senior management on significant matters, often requiring the coordination of activity across organizational units
- Exercise judgment independently
- Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve the program objectives established by senior management
- SharePoint knowledge

SKILLS:

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, IT, science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, medical technology, pharmacy, pharmacology), or medical fields is preferred
- SharePoint migration
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- 5+ years of experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business, IT, science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, medical technology, pharmacy, pharmacology), or medical fields is preferred
- Demonstrates project management skill set in verbal and written communications, management of User Acceptance Testing and overall project execution.
- Demonstrates ability to gather and maintain SharePoint site lists, communicate with site owners and translate business needs into tangible results within SharePoint environment.
- Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
