For one of our clients, we're looking for an "Experienced Regulatory Affairs Administrative Assistant".
Function description
Experienced administrative assistant who will provide support to Regulatory Affairs department in the preparation of documents required for submission to regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
Word-processing and management of documents within an electronic filing system
Re-naming of files (eg, Word docs, pdf files) etc to comply with departmental naming conventions
Ensuring that TOCs, Appendices, Reference listings etc are correctly defined within the documents Update footnotes/references etc with documents
Ensuring files saved in correct location
Checking document format and links between documents
Other secretarial/administrative tasks as may be assigned by line manager
Prerequisites
Education: A1 Bachelor Secretary with a min of 5 years of experience1
Languages: Good communication skills: oral and written
Following departmental specifics, a third language is an asset
IT
Use of MS Office package (especially Word): excellent working knowledge is essential
