Registrations Manager

My client a large provider of health services based in the London area are currently going through an unprecedented period of growth and as such they are looking to recruit to a brand new and business critical post to act as their Registration Manager.

The role will be reporting into the Head of Quality Assurance and will initially be for 3-6 months whilst the organisation recruit on a permanent basis. The role will be driving effective and proactive registration of new and developing assets within the company. There will be elements of due diligence to be undertaken in relation to the requirements of registration, such as leading and liaising with operations managers and HR.

The successful individual will also be expected to "keep point" on changes in regulations for adult and children's services and implement any on-going changes into registration process.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Proven subject matter expertise in the registration and regulations of all regulators (Ofsted, DFE, CQC, HIW etc)
- Deliver a situation where by all registration functions prior to submission to the regulator have a clear plan and are delivered ahead of time
- The form key links with regulators to ensure effective relationships to support the registration process
- To work with the acquisition teams to ensure due diligence as it effects quality, risk and registration
- Demonstrable skills and knowledge of developing and improving processes within an operational department
- Experience of handling complaints and complex scenarios
