Capita is recruiting on behalf of a local authority dual registered home that offer care to residential Older Adults and those with Nursing Needs. This home requires a registered nurse, with either general or mental health nursing qualifications and at least 6 months post qualification experience. Ideally you will also have hands on knowledge of Dementia and Alzheimer's. Within this 42 bed home, you will be expected to run and manage the nursing needs unit efficiently, overseeing your own staff and ensuring that high levels of care are maintained at all times.
