Registered Nurse - Southport

BLAIR HOUSE, SOUTHPORT, ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR QUALIFIED NURSES (RGN/RMHN) TO JOIN OUR TEAM ON BANK SHIFTS.

You will assist the Home Manager in the planning directing and delivery of high quality person- centred care, and provide leadership and support to a team of unqualified staff; establish and maintain positive relationships with service users and their families and friends and liaise with external agencies.

You will be a qualified nurse RGN/RMN with experience of working with older people. You will be using your expertise to assess, plan, and implement plans of care and will champion a holistic person- centred approach and deliver research based professional nursing practice. You will have good communication skills and will be a strong team player.

Experience of working in a care environment is desirable but not essential as support and supervision will be given. Full-time and part-time positions available both on days and nights. In return, we can offer you:
