Registered Nurse - Southampton

Capita is recruiting for two - three registered nurses who can take on up to full time hours with a private UK wide client. This client are looking for high calibre nurses who can demonstrate their clinical knowledge and experience through working in a hands on environment. There are two localities within Southampton being recruited for, both sites ideally want Nurses who are regularly available to cover shifts through Capita, whether it be part time hours or on-going full time hours. Both locations are registered to look after and provide care to Older Adults and Nursing.

As an RGN you will be responsible for delivering the highest level of care in a professional manner through direct nursing and effective supervision of other staff members and carers. Taking the lead on shifts and demonstrating your skills to other staff and assisting management as and when needed. With an open and honest approach you will need to be hard working and caring with both residents and families throughout. You will be working alongside multi-disciplinary teams on a daily basis so it is imperative you can communicate effectively.
